Our Story
The Hercules Anti-Jackknife system was born out of necessity—an idea sparked by the devastating consequences of trailer swing accidents. We saw how often truck drivers were left vulnerable with no real-time prevention tools and decided it was time to change that.
With deep expertise in trucking operations, safety engineering, and app development, our team created a product that’s not just theoretical—it’s tested, proven, and built for the road. We didn’t stop at the hardware. We integrated intelligent software and a driver-friendly mobile app to create a complete safety solution.
Today, Hercules is positioned to become the new standard for jackknife prevention. We continue to test, refine, and improve our technology to meet the evolving needs of fleets and individual drivers across the country.

Our mission is simple: to prevent accidents and save lives. Jackknifing is responsible for thousands of serious crashes involving 18-wheelers every year, many of which result in fatalities or multi-vehicle pileups. We believe those numbers are preventable—with the right tools.
According to NHTSA, over 4,800 large truck fatalities occur annually in the U.S., with jackknifing accounting for a significant portion of highway truck-related incidents. Hercules is designed to eliminate this risk by using speed-based engagement and trailer-locking mechanisms that work automatically.
